Music for Autism

On Wednesday 17th April I was privileged to spend the day with Derek Paravicini and Adam Ockelford at Highbury School in Brighouse, Yorkshire as part of John Lubbock’s wonderful charity Music for Autism. We spent the day working with children with differing needs. Singing, playing and encouraging participation with the most wonderful reactions. It is days like this that I realise the true power of music to communicate and soothe the soul.
